Cancellation Policy

Order Modification and Cancellation

Once an online order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled—whether through the website, app, or by calling the restaurant or our customer support center.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Order cancellation by the customer is applicable only for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and only at selected stores. Cancellation is not chargeable if done within 60 seconds of placing the order.

App Orders Only

Cancellation by the customer is only valid for orders placed via the app. Orders placed through any other source are not eligible for cancellation. Also, cancellations will not be permitted once the delivery executive has reached the customer's location.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is cancelled due to unavailability of the ordered item at the restaurant, the payment will be refunded by reversing the transaction. The amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days. However, the restaurant is not responsible for delays caused by the bank or payment provider.
