By using the Platform and its services/tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the applicable policies, which are incorporated by reference. Any transactions on the Platform are governed by these terms. Continued use constitutes a binding agreement between you and the Platform Owner.

These Terms of Use apply to your usage of the website, products, and services (collectively “Services”). Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and void.

The Platform Owner may modify these Terms of Use at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “you”, “your” or “user” refers to any natural or legal person who agrees to become a buyer or user of the Platform.

ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

12 Minutes or Free Policy

• Not applicable on festivals or special occasions (e.g., 26 Jan, 15 Aug, Holi, Faag, Diwali, Bhai Dooj, Dussehra, Christmas, 31st Dec, 1st Jan, etc.).
• Maximum refund amount is ₹300.
• Not valid with Buy One Get One offers.
• Not applicable in cases of electricity failure or system outages.
• Delivery time is calculated from bill generation time to delivery time.
• Valid for delivery orders only within a 3 KM radius.
• Offer not valid on bulk orders (only 3 baked items per bill will be considered).
