All food items sold are final and non-refundable. Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been placed and confirmed.
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of delivery. We may request photos or other documentation of the issue. If verified, we will provide a replacement of the same item(s) only. No refunds will be issued.
